Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The two parties to a sale each retain the right to cancel until they part from one another, unless it was a sale with a stipulated option."Sometimes Nafi would add, "or one of them says to the other, 'Choose.'"

أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا الليث عن نافع

عن ابن عمر قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ البيعان بالخيار حتى يفترقا أو يكون بيع خيار وربما قال نافع أو يقول أحدهما للآخر اختر
