The Prophet of Allah ﷺ sacrificed two horned, white rams. He placed his foot on their sides, slaughtered them, mentioned the name of Allah, and pronounced the takbir.

أن نبي الله ﷺ ضحى بكبشين أقرنين أملحين يطؤ على صفاحهما ويذبحهما ويسمي ويكبر
Muslim narrated it in Adahi, chapter on the recommendation of choosing the best sacrificial animal and slaughtering it, etc., hadith 18/1966, from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Aruba, and it is in Kubra, 4507.
