The Prophet ﷺ forbade domestic donkeys on the day of Khaybar.
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا محمد بن عبيد قال حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع عن ابن عمر أن النبي ﷺ مثله ولم يقل خيبر
This hadith was narrated by Bukhari in Maghazi, chapter on the Battle of Khaybar, no. 4218, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Ubayd, and by Muslim in Sayd wal-Dhabaih, chapter on the prohibition of eating the meat of domestic donkeys, no. 24/561, after no. 1936, from the hadith of Ubaydullah bin Umar with the same wording. It is also found in Sunan al-Kubra, no. 4849.
