The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been given five things that no one before me was given. I was granted victory through fear cast into my enemies a month's journey away. The earth has been made for me a place of prayer and a means of purification, so whenever the time of prayer comes upon any man of my community, he may pray wherever he is. I have been granted intercession, which was not granted to any prophet before me. And I have been sent to all of humanity, whereas every prophet before me was sent only to his own people."
أخبرنا الحسن بن إسمعيل بن سليمان قال حدثنا هشيم قال أنبأنا سيار عن يزيد الفقير
قال رسول الله ﷺ أعطيت خمسا لم يعطهن أحد قبلي نصرت بالرعب مسيرة شهر وجعلت لي الأرض مسجدا وطهورا فأينما أدرك الرجل من أمتي الصلاة يصلي وأعطيت الشفاعة ولم يعط نبي قبلي وبعثت إلى الناس كافة وكان النبي يبعث إلى قومه خاصة
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Tayammum, chapter (1), no. 335, and Muslim in the Book of Mosques, the chapter on mosques and places of prayer, no. 521/3, from the hadith of Hushaym, with the same wording.
