The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is killed defending his property is a martyr."
أخبرنا أحمد بن نصر قال حدثنا المؤمل عن سفيان عن علقمة بن مرثد
قال رسول الله ﷺ من قتل دون ماله فهو شهيد
[Sahih]. It is in Kubra, hadith no. 3555.Sufyan is Thawri, and Muammal is Ibn Ismail, and the hadith has corroborating narrations.
