[Sahih] Ibn Majah reported it in the chapter on Hudud, in the section "One who is killed defending his property is a martyr," hadith no. 2580, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, with this wording. It is also found in al-Kubra, hadith no. 3553. The hadith has other routes of transmission in Bukhari and elsewhere. Refer to Musnad Humaydi, in my edition, hadith no. 83.
