A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, what do you think if someone tries to seize my property?"He replied, "Appeal to him by Allah."The man asked, "What if he refuses?"He replied, "Appeal to him by Allah."The man asked, "What if he refuses?"He replied, "Appeal to him by Allah."The man asked, "What if he still refuses?"He replied, "Then fight him. If you are killed, you are in Paradise, and if you kill him, he is in the Fire."
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا الليث عن ابن الهاد عن عمرو بن قهيد الغفاري
جاء رجل إلى رسول الله ﷺ فقال يا رسول الله أرأيت إن عدي على مالي قال فانشد بالله قال فإن أبوا علي قال فانشد بالله قال فإن أبوا علي قال فانشد بالله قال فإن أبوا علي قال فقاتل فإن قتلت ففي الجنة وإن قتلت ففي النار
