Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been commanded to fight people until they say, 'There is no god but Allah.' Whoever says, 'There is no god but Allah,' has secured his property and life from me, except for what is due by right, and his reckoning is with Allah ."Shuayb bin Abu Hamza combined the two hadiths together.

قال الحارث بن مسكين قراءة عليه وأنا أسمع عن ابن وهب قال أخبرني يونس عن ابن شهاب قال حدثني سعيد بن المسيب أن

أبا هريرة أخبره

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يقولوا لا إله إلا الله فمن قال لا إله إلا الله عصم مني ماله ونفسه إلا بحقه وحسابه على الله عز وجل جمع شعيب بن أبي حمزة الحديثين جميعا
