The Prophet ﷺ said, "No one should urinate in stagnant water and then bathe in it or perform ablution from it."
أخبرنا محمد بن حاتم قال حدثنا حبان قال حدثنا عبد الله عن معمر عن همام بن منبه
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يبولن الرجل في الماء الدائم ثم يغتسل منه أو يتوضأ
[Its chain of transmission is sahih] Muslim narrated it in "The Book of Purification," chapter on the prohibition of urinating in stagnant water, hadith no. 96/282, from the hadith of Mamar, through this route, and it is found in the Sahifah of Hammam bin Munabbih, hadith no. 73.
