Ammar, Saad, and I formed a partnership on the day of Badr. Saad came back with two captives, while neither Ammar nor I came back with anything.
[Its isnad is daif] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Sales, in the chapter on partnership without capital, hadith no. 3388, from the hadith of Yahya bin Saeed Qattan, with this wording. Abu Ubayda did not meet his father, as mentioned before, hadith no. 623, and there is another defect in it as well.
