I do not know of Shurayh issuing any rulings concerning the one who works with capital under a profit-sharing arrangement except two. Sometimes he would say to the worker, "Bring your evidence of the misfortune by which you excuse yourself," and sometimes he would say to the owner of the capital, "Bring your evidence that the one you entrusted has betrayed you. Otherwise, he must swear by Allah that he did not betray you."
