He raised it to the Prophet that he forbade Kira Ard. Abdul-Malik bin Abdul-Aziz bin Jurayj agreed with him on the prohibition of Kira Ard.
أخبرني محمد بن إسمعيل بن إبراهيم عن يونس قال حدثنا حماد عن مطر عن عطاء
رفعه نهى عن كراء الأرض وافقه عبد الملك بن عبد العزيز بن جريج على النهي عن كراء الأرض
