A man reported that he asked Imran bin Husayn about a man who had made a vow not to attend prayer in his people's mosque. Imran said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'There is no vow made in anger, and its expiation is the expiation of an oath.'"

أن رجلا حدثه أنه سأل عمران بن حصين عن رجل نذر نذرا لا يشهد الصلاة في مسجد قومه فقال عمران سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا نذر في غضب وكفارته كفارة يمين
