The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no vow in disobedience to Allah, and its expiation is the expiation of an oath."
أخبرنا يونس بن عبد الأعلى قال حدثنا ابن وهب قال أخبرني يونس عن ابن شهاب عن أبي سلمة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا نذر في معصية وكفارته كفارة اليمين
[Sahih] Reported by Abu Dawud in the chapters on Oaths and Vows, section on those who believe that expiation is due if the oath concerned disobedience, Hadith 3291, and others narrated it, from the hadith of Abdullah bin Wahb, with this chain. Yunus here is Ibn Yazid Ayli. The hadith has corroborating narrations.
