Grading, Its isnad is sahih. Abu Dawud narrated it in Kitab al-Buyu, Chapter on ruqba, hadith 3559, from the hadith of Tawus, with the same wording. It is also found in al-Kubra, hadith 6548, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih. It is documented in Musnad Humaydi, hadith 399, in my edition.
