I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a piece of land I owned at Thamgh. He said, "Preserve the land itself as endowment and dedicate its produce as charity."
أخبرنا محمد بن مصفى بن بهلول قال حدثنا بقية عن سعيد بن سالم المكي عن عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر
سألت رسول الله ﷺ عن أرض لي بثمغ قال احبس أصلها وسبل ثمرتها
