Fatimah bint Abu Hubaysh came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "I am a woman who experiences continuous bleeding and never becomes pure. Should I abandon the prayer?"He replied, "No, that is only a vein, it is not menstruation. When your menstrual period begins, leave the prayer, and when it ends, wash the blood from yourself and pray."
