The wife of Thabit bin Qays came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, as for Thabit bin Qays, I find no fault with him in his character or his religion, but I hate to fall into ingratitude as a Muslim."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Will you return to him his garden?"She replied, "Yes."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Accept the garden and divorce her with a single pronouncement."

أن امرأة ثابت بن قيس أتت النبي ﷺ فقالت يا رسول الله ثابت بن قيس أما إني ما أعيب عليه في خلق ولا دين ولكني أكره الكفر في الإسلام فقال رسول الله ﷺ أتردين عليه حديقته قالت نعم قال رسول الله ﷺ اقبل الحديقة وطلقها تطليقة
