On the day Saad passed judgment on Banu Qurayzah, I was a young boy. They were uncertain about me, but when they examined me, they found that I had not yet grown pubic hair, so my life was spared, and here I am among you today.
أخبرنا محمد بن منصور قال حدثنا سفيان عن عبد الملك بن عمير
كنت يوم حكم سعد في بني قريظة غلاما فشكوا في فلم يجدوني أنبت فاستبقيت فها أنا ذا بين أظهركم
[Sahih] Ibn Majah narrated it, Hudud, chapter on those who are not liable to the hadd punishment, h: 2542, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna with this wording, and he explicitly stated hearing it directly, and Sufyan Thawri corroborated him. It is also in al-Kubra, h: 5623. Ibn Jarud graded it sahih, h: 1045, as did Ibn Hibban, h: 1499–1501.
