The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a man who divorced his wife, and she then married another man who consummated the marriage with her but divorced her before having intercourse with her. Could she return to her first husband? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "No, not until the second husband tastes her sweetness and she tastes his."
Takhrij, its isnad is daif. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Divorce, chapter on the woman irrevocably divorced whose husband may not remarry her until she marries another husband, hadith 2309, from the hadith of Abu Muawiya, transmitting it, and it is also in Al-Kubra, hadith 5600. Amash and Ibrahim Nakhai are both mudallis narrators and they narrated using anaan (the ambiguous "an" form), and there is a hadith of Bukhari, hadith 5261, and Muslim, hadith 110, on the same subject.
