Abu Amr bin Hafs al-Makhzumi divorced her three times, so Khalid bin Walid set out with a group of men from Banu Makhzum to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, Abu Amr bin Hafs has divorced Fatimah three times. Is she entitled to maintenance?"He replied, "She is entitled to neither maintenance nor lodging."
أخبرنا عمرو بن عثمان قال حدثنا بقية عن أبي عمرو وهو الأوزاعي قال حدثنا يحيى قال حدثني أبو سلمة قال
أن أبا عمرو بن حفص المخزومي طلقها ثلاثا فانطلق خالد بن الوليد في نفر من بني مخزوم إلى رسول الله ﷺ فقال يا رسول الله إن أبا عمرو بن حفص طلق فاطمة ثلاثا فهل لها نفقة فقال ليس لها نفقة ولا سكنى
