[Hasan]. Ibn Majah narrated it in the Book of Divorce, chapter on sunnah divorce, hadith 2021, from the hadith of Hafs, with this wording, and it is also in al-Kubra, hadith 5587. Ibn Hazm graded it sahih in al-Muhalla, 10/172, issue 1949. The hadith has corroborating narrations with Ibn Abu Shayba and others. Abu Ishaq used ambiguous transmission wording (anaan).
