The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled concerning a man who had relations with his wife's slave-girl, "If she had permitted her to him, then flog him one hundred lashes, and if she had not permitted her to him, then stone him."
أخبرنا أبو داود قال حدثنا عارم قال حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن حبيب بن سالم
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال في رجل وقع بجارية امرأته إن كانت أحلتها له فأجلده مائة وإن لم تكن أحلتها له فأرجمه
