The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade that a woman be married to a man who is already married to her paternal aunt, or that a paternal aunt be married to a man who is already married to her niece.
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا المعتمر عن داود بن أبي هند عن الشعبي
نهى رسول الله ﷺ أن تنكح المرأة على عمتها والعمة على بنت أخيها
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Marriage, chapter on what is disliked to combine among women, no. 2065, from the hadith of Dawud bin Abu Hind through this same chain. Bukhari cited it as a suspended narration in the Book of Marriage, chapter, "A woman should not be married in addition to her paternal aunt," no. 5108.
