The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A woman is not to be married to a man who is already married to her Amtah or her maternal aunt."
أخبرنا يحيى بن درست قال حدثنا أبو إسمعيل قال حدثنا يحيى بن أبي كثير أن أبا سلمة حدثه
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال لا تنكح المرأة على عمتها ولا على خالتها
