The Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Maymunah while he was in the state of ihram.

[Sahih] See the previous hadith, which is in Kubra, no. 5406. The correct view is that ﷺ married her while he was not in ihram, and what is meant by "muharram" here is "within the sacred precinct," not that he was in the state of ihram for Hajj.
