I was riding behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I kept hearing him recite the talbiyah until he threw the pebbles at Jamrat al-Aqaba. Once he threw them, he stopped reciting the talbiyah.
[Sahih] Reported by Ibn Majah, chapter on Rituals of Pilgrimage, section on when the pilgrim stops the talbiyah, no. 3040, from Hannad, with this wording. It is also found in Kubra, no. 4086. Khaseef was not the only one to report it, and the hadith has many corroborating narrations, among them the preceding hadith and the one coming up at no. 3084.
