While I was sitting with him, he was asked how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ traveled during the Farewell Pilgrimage when he set out from Arafah. He replied that the Prophet would have his she-camel walk at a moderate pace, and whenever he found an open space, he would urge her to move quickly.
