When the Prophet ﷺ departed from Arafah, he turned aside into the mountain pass.I asked him, "Will you pray Maghrib here?"He replied, "The place of prayer is ahead of you."
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا حماد عن إبراهيم بن عقبة عن كريب
أن النبي ﷺ حيث أفاض من عرفة مال إلى الشعب قال فقلت له أتصلي المغرب قال المصلى أمامك
Takhrij, Muslim narrated it, hadith: 279/1280 (see the previous hadith from the report of Ibrahim bin Uqba), and Bukhari, Wudu, chapter on perfecting wudu, hadith: 139, from the report of Kurayb with the same wording, and it is in Kubra, hadith: 4021.
