We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from Mina to Arafah. Some of us recited the talbiyah, and some of us recited the takbir.
أخبرنا يحيى بن حبيب بن عربي قال حدثنا حماد عن يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاري عن عبد الله بن أبي سلمة
غدونا مع رسول الله ﷺ من منى إلى عرفة فمنا الملبي ومنا المكبر
[Sahih] It is also found in Kubra, no. 3989, and Muslim narrated it in the Hajj, chapter on talbiyah and takbir while going from Mina to Arafat on the day of Arafah, no. 272/1284, from the hadith of Yahya bin Saeed, from Abdullah bin Abu Salama, from Abdullah bin Abdullah bin Umar, from his father, and so on, and this is the correct version.
