He asked, "Have I not been informed that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray here?"They replied, "Yes."So he went forward and prayed.

أما أنبئت أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يصلي هاهنا فيقول نعم فيتقدم فيصلي
[Its chain of transmission is daif]. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Rites, Chapter on Multazam, no. 1900, through the hadith of Yahya bin Saeed Qattan with this wording, and it is also found in Kubra, no. 3901.Saaib bin Umar is al-Makhzumi.
