Grading, its isnad is daif.It was reported by Tirmidhi, in the Book of Hajj, chapter titled "On when the Prophet ﷺ entered ihram", hadith no. 819, from Qutayba with this chain, and he said, "Hasan ghareeb." It is also found in Kubra, hadith no. 3735.Khaseef bin Abdul-Rahman is not reliable, as Nasai stated in Kitab Duafa wal-Matrukeen, p. 177.
