The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a woman gives charity from her husband's household, she receives a reward, the husband receives a reward like it, and the storekeeper receives a reward like it. None of them diminishes the reward of the others in any way. The husband is rewarded for what he earned, and she is rewarded for what she spent."
Its isnad is sahih. Tirmidhi reported it in the chapter on Zakat, in the section on the spending of a woman from her husband's house, hadith 671, from Muhammad bin Muthanna, with this chain, and he said, "Hasan." It is also found in Al-Kubra, hadith 2319. Bukhari also reported it, hadith 1425, as did Muslim, hadith 1024, from the hadith of Abu Waail Shaqiq, with this chain, conveying a similar meaning.
