The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made the zakat of Fitr obligatory upon the young and the old, the male and the female, the free and the slave, a saa of dates or a saa of barley.
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا عيسى قال حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع
فرض رسول الله ﷺ صدقة الفطر على الصغير والكبير والذكر والأنثى والحر والعبد صاعا من تمر أو صاعا من شعير
Bukhari transmitted it in the chapter on Zakat al-Fitr, section on Zakat al-Fitr for young and old, no. 1512, and Muslim, no. 13/984 (see the preceding hadith, no. 2504), from the hadith of Ubaydullah bin Umar through this chain. It is also in Al-Kubra, no. 2284.
