The Prophet ﷺ said... and Ishaq bin Ibrahim reported to us, saying that Abdul-Razzaq informed them, who said that Muamar narrated to them from Zuhri, from Saeed and Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet ﷺ said, "An injury caused by an animal carries no liability, a well carries no liability, a mine carries no liability, and on buried treasure there is a fifth."

عن النبي ﷺ ح و أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا عبد الرزاق قال حدثنا معمر عن الزهري عن سعيد وأبي سلمة عن أبي هريرة عن النبي ﷺ قال العجماء جرحها جبار والبئر جبار والمعدن جبار وفي الركاز الخمس
Reported by Bukhari in the chapter on zakat, section titled "On the fifth due from buried treasure," hadith no. 1499, and Muslim, chapter on legal punishments, section titled "The injury caused by an animal, a mine, or a well entails no liability," hadith no. 1710, from the hadith of Zuhri from Saeed bin Musayab and Abu Salama through this same chain. It is also found in Kubra, hadith no. 2274.
