The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no zakat due on less than five uqiyyahs."
أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن المبارك قال حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا إدريس الأودي عن عمرو بن مرة عن أبي البختري
قال رسول الله ﷺ ليس فيما دون خمس أواق صدقة
[Sahih]. Reported by Abu Dawud, Zakat, chapter on what zakat is obligatory on, no. 1559, and Ibn Majah, Zakat, chapter on a wasq being sixty saa, no. 1832, from the hadith of Idris Awdi through this route, and it is in Kubra, no. 2265.Abu Bakhtari did not hear from Abu Saeed Khudri, but the hadith has many corroborating narrations, including the one that follows.
