Anas bin Malik reported,

One of them reported that he came to the Prophet ﷺ in Medina while he was having his midday meal. The Prophet ﷺ said to him, "Come, join the meal."He replied, "I am fasting."The Prophet ﷺ said to him, "Allah has lifted from the traveler the obligation of fasting and half of the prayer, and from the pregnant woman and the nursing mother as well."

رجل منهم أنه أتى النبي ﷺ بالمدينة وهو يتغدى فقال له النبي ﷺ هلم إلى الغداء فقال إني صائم فقال له النبي ﷺ إن الله عز وجل وضع للمسافر الصوم وشطر الصلاة وعن الحبلى والمرضع
