A man asked Ayesha about fasting, and she replied, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast the entire month of Shaban, and he made a point of fasting on Mondays and Thursdays."

أن رجلا سأل عائشة عن الصيام فقالت إن رسول الله ﷺ كان يصوم شعبان كله ويتحرى صيام الاثنين والخميس
