The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Take the pre-dawn meal, for there is blessing in suhoor." Ubaydullah bin Saeed transmitted it as a halted report.
أخبرنا محمد بن بشار قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن قال حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن عاصم عن زر
قال رسول الله ﷺ تسحروا فإن في السحور بركة وقفه عبيد الله بن سعيد
Sourcing, sahih. Tabarani narrated it in Al-Kabir (10/170, no. 10235) through Abu Bakr bin Ayyash, and it is also found in Al-Kubra, no. 2454. Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih (no. 1936), narrating it from Muhammad bin Bashshar. It has corroborating narrations, including the following hadith, no. 2148.
