The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to a woman from the Ansar, "When Ramadan comes, perform Umra during it, for an Umra in Ramadan equals a Hajj."
أخبرنا عمران بن يزيد بن خالد قال حدثنا شعيب قال أخبرني ابن جريج قال أخبرني عطاء قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ لامرأة من الأنصار إذا كان رمضان فاعتمري فيه فإن عمرة فيه تعدل حجة
Bukhari narrated it, Umrah, chapter "Umrah in Ramadan," no. 1782, and Muslim, Hajj, chapter "The Excellence of Umrah in Ramadan," no. 1256, from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj through this same chain, and it is also in Kubra, no. 2420.Shuayb is Ibn Ishaq, and Imran bin Yazid bin Khalid is Imran bin Khalid bin Yazid.
