We were with Ali when a funeral procession passed by, and the people stood up for it.Ali asked, "What is this?"They replied, "It is the instruction of Abu Musa."Ali said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ only stood once for the funeral of a Jewish woman, and he did not do so again after that."
أخبرنا محمد بن منصور قال حدثنا سفيان عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد
كنا عند علي فمرت به جنازة فقاموا لها فقال علي ما هذا قالوا أمر أبي موسى فقال إنما قام رسول الله ﷺ لجنازة يهودية ولم يعد بعد ذلك
