A daughter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away, and he instructed us to wash her body. He said, "Wash her three times, or five, or seven, or more than that if you see fit."I asked, "An odd number?"He replied, "Yes. And put camphor, or something of camphor, in the final washing. When you have finished, let me know."When we had finished, we informed him, and he handed us his waist-wrap and said, "Wrap her in this next to her body."
