The Messenger of Allah ﷺ died while he was resting between my throat and my chin, so I will never again find the agony of death distressing for anyone, after what I witnessed of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
أخبرنا عمرو بن منصور قال حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف قال حدثني الليث قال حدثني ابن الهاد عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن أبيه
مات رسول الله ﷺ وإنه لبين حاقنتي وذاقنتي فلا أكره شدة الموت لأحد أبدا بعد ما رأيت رسول الله ﷺ
Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on the illness of the Prophet ﷺ and his death, hadith no. 4446, from Abdullah bin Yusuf, with this chain, and it is found in Kubra, hadith no. 1956.Layth is Ibn Saad, and his teacher is Yazid bin Abdullah bin Had.
