The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever prays twelve units of prayer, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise. Four before the noon prayer, two after it, two before the afternoon prayer, two after the sunset prayer, and two before the dawn prayer."Abu Abdul-Rahman said, "Fulayh bin Sulayman is not strong in narration."
[Its chain of transmission is daif]Tirmidhi transmitted it in the Book of Prayer, in the chapter on what has been said about one who prays during a day and a night, etc, hadith 415, from the hadith of Abu Ishaq with this wording, and he said, "hasan sahih." It is also found in Kubra, hadith 1479. The hadith has daif corroborating narrations with Ibn Majah, hadith 1142, and elsewhere. The basic content of the hadith is sahih, except for his statement, "and two before Asr."Musayab is Ibn Rafi, and Fulayh bin Sulayman is hasan al-hadith, the majority of scholars having deemed him trustworthy. Abu Ishaq narrated using "an," as mentioned previously, hadith 96.
