The Prophet ﷺ said, "Perform ablution after eating anything cooked by fire."
أخبرنا هارون بن عبد الله قال حدثنا حرمي بن عمارة قال حدثنا شعبة عن أبي بكر بن حفص عن ابن شهاب عن ابن أبي طلحة
أن النبي ﷺ قال توضئوا مما أنضجت النار
[Sahih] Ahmad narrated it in his Musnad, 4/28, from the hadith of Shubah, through the same chain. Ibn Abu Talha is likely Abdullah, who was born during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, and Ibn Saad rated him trustworthy.
