The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed four units with four prostrations, reciting aloud during them. Each time he raised his head, he said, "Allah hears whoever praises Him. Our Lord, to You belongs all praise."
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا الوليد قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن نمر أنه سمع الزهري يحدث عن عروة
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه صلى أربع ركعات في أربع سجدات وجهر فيها بالقراءة كلما رفع رأسه قال سمع الله لمن حمده ربنا ولك الحمد
Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on the Eclipse Prayer, section on reciting aloud in the eclipse prayer, hadith no. 1065, and Muslim in the chapter on the Eclipse Prayer, section on the eclipse prayer, hadith no. 5/901, from the hadith of Walid bin Muslim with this same chain. It is also found in Kubra, hadith no. 1879.
