The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed two rakahs like this prayer of yours, and he mentioned the solar eclipse.
أخبرنا إسمعيل بن مسعود قال حدثنا خالد عن أشعث عن الحسن
أن رسول الله ﷺ صلى ركعتين مثل صلاتكم هذه وذكر كسوف الشمس
