He said, I was behind Abu Hurairah while he was performing ablution for the prayer, and he was washing his hands all the way up to his armpits.I asked, "Abu Hurairah, what kind of ablution is this?"He said to me, "Sons of Faruq, are you here? Had I known you were here, I would not have performed ablution this way. I heard my beloved friend ﷺ say, 'The adornment of the believer will reach as far as the ablution reaches.'"
