Umm Sulaym came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, teach me words to say in my prayer."He said, "Glorify Allah ten times, praise Him ten times, and magnify Him ten times, then ask Him for what you need. He will say, 'Yes, yes.'"
أخبرنا عبيد بن وكيع بن الجراح أخو سفيان بن وكيع قال حدثنا أبي عن عكرمة بن عمار عن إسحق بن عبد الله بن أبي طلحة
جاءت أم سليم إلى النبي ﷺ فقالت يا رسول الله علمني كلمات أدعو بهن في صلاتي قال سبحي الله عشرا واحمديه عشرا وكبريه عشرا ثم سليه حاجتك يقل نعم نعم
[Sahih] Reported by Tirmidhi, Prayer, chapter on what has been said regarding the prayer of tasbih, no. 481, from the hadith of Ikrima bin Ammar through this route, and he said, hasan ghareeb. It is also in Sunan al-Kubra, no. 1222, and Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs, 1/317, 318, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Munziri attributed it to Ibn Khuzayma and Ibn Hibban in their two Sahihs.
