He used to say during the prostrations of the Quran at night, "My face has prostrated to the One who created it and brought forth its hearing and sight by His might and power."
أخبرنا سوار بن عبد الله بن سوار القاضي ومحمد بن بشار عن عبد الوهاب قال حدثنا خالد عن أبي العالية
كان يقول في سجود القرآن بالليل سجد وجهي للذي خلقه وشق سمعه وبصره بحوله وقوته
[Its chain is daif] Tirmidhi transmitted it, Prayer, chapter on what is said in the prostration of the Quran, no. 580, from Muhammad bin Bashshar with this wording, and he said, "hasan sahih." It is also found in Kubra, no. 714.Al-Hadhdha did not hear it from Abu Aliyah, rather he narrated it from a man from him, as in Sunan Abu Dawud, Prayer, chapter on what is said when one prostrates, no. 1414. The essential content of the hadith has a sahih corroborating narration in Muslim and others.
